Or that you are fat and ugly, or too tall, or have big ears, or a horrible chin.
Or that you are nothing special.
Or that you are stupid.
Or all that other mean stuff...

The voice that makes you feel guilt, unworthy, fearful, and maybe even unlovable?

She's a liar.
I swear. She is a LIAR! (good news, Right?)
